This is actually true as an apple has a lot of benefits but it may not keep you away from the doctor.

As we already saw above, apples have a lot of healthy nutrients.

They also contain minerals and vitamins like Vitamin c, Vitamin k and potassium.

Apples contain soluble fiber and immune boosting vitamin C. This helps to boost our immune system. It converts pro-inflammatory immune cells to anti-inflammatory cells.

Therefore, if you eat them before food you are likely not to overeat.
